Estrela Homes is a company specialized in property management for rentals, led by Ian and Bella Estrela. With roots in Itacaré, Ian grew up surrounded by hospitality, as his parents were pioneers in the region, owning one of the first inns in 1995. A surfer at heart and deeply connected to the local culture, he brings his vast experience to property management.

Bella, a journalist and yoga teacher, was born in Sweden and has Polish and Greek heritage. The couple began their journey in the hospitality industry in Scandinavia, where they hosted guests from all over the world. After five successful years, they decided to move to Itacaré, where they created Villa Estrela, an Airbnb that combines Scandinavian design with the warmth and charm of Bahia.

Recognizing that many investors and dreamers choose Itacaré as a destination to build their homes — whether for temporary stays or as an investment — Ian and Bella realized the common challenge of managing these properties from a distance. This led to the creation of Estrela Homes, with the purpose of offering reliable, on-site service, caring for properties as if they were their own. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality and concierge services, Ian and Bella offer highly personalized and professional property management.

Fluent in six languages and with vast experience in the international market, they understand both global demands and the unique needs of each property. Additionally, they have deep knowledge in construction and maintenance, ensuring that every property managed by Estrela Homes meets the highest standards of quality and comfort.
